William S. Parrish, Jr.
William S. Parrish, Jr. has close to 40 years of experience in construction management, consulting, workforce development and training. Over his approximately 40-year career, Mr. Parrish has compiled a thorough knowledge of public/private sector K-12 construction, large commercial projects. As a LEED 2.0 Accredited Professional, Mr. Parrish has consistently coordinated and delivered large-scale, multi-stage agency owner facilities where success depends on the balance of environmental sustainability, community stakeholders, civic representation, agency resources and technical staff. Focused on technology and knowledge management, Mr. Parrish has been a forerunner in coordinating “lessons learned” in standardizing building components across multi-million-dollar construction platforms for efficiency and cost savings. Areas of expertise include stakeholder management, emerging business mentoring and development of workforce training initiatives to successfully complement challenging community focused infrastructure improvements.
