Founded by William S. Parrish Jr., LEED AP in 2002, over our (17 year) history this NJ State, S-Corporation has expanded in the tri-state region with offices in Newark, New Jersey and New York City. NobleStrategy is certified as a minority-owned business enterprise (MBE) in New York and a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) in New Jersey. As a leading S/MBE construction resource organization, NobleStrategy is currently executing over $10 million in construction projects in the tri-state area.

Over the past decade, NobleStrategy has been providing construction management, owners representative services, community outreach and LVMWBE mentoring and management services to various public and private client portfolios with a construction value of over $3.6 Billion and fees over $20 Million. NobleStrategy was ranked by New York Construction News as one of the top 100 construction management firms in the tri-state region and was the 2007 NYC School Construction Authority “Construction Manager of the Year.” The firm has LEED accredited CM professionals for sustainable design and construction processes and documentation. NobleStrategy is also familiar with NYCDOB permitting processes and is highly knowledgeable of the local construction and workforce marketplace.
